Boston Street Lab is a nonprofit producer of temporary cultural and civic programs in downtown Boston.
We need vibrant, livable cities to help solve our short-term economic problems and address long-term sustainability issues.
Successful cities need experimentation and a mix of uses at street level.
Boston Street Lab finds ways to pilot cultural and civic programs in dense, urban environments. We believe this will improve and accelerate plans for permanent urban projects in Boston. It will also make for a more interesting and vibrant city today.
