put underutilized space to use,
pilot cultural and civic programming ideas so they can be experienced and evaluated today,
broaden what we expect from the city and improve city life.

We build the capacity of partner organizations by:

developing expertise in implementing temporary programs in an urban environment,
documenting and sharing expertise so others can do this work.
